Service upgrades
Important notice — TransACT service upgrades
To ensure that you can enjoy the benefits of a world-class network, TransACT needs to perform service upgrades from time to time. We will attempt to conduct upgrades between 2.00am and 6.00am on the second and fourth Monday of the month. Upgrades will not necessarily occur on every scheduled day.
Please note that you should leave your set top box on at all times to receive new programming from TransACT when we perform upgrades.
