Terms and conditions

Standard Form of Agreement, 24-month contract and one-off connection fee of $15.95 per SIM applies. Prices are GST inclusive. Offer only available to new and non-contracted customers on selected Cap plans. Early termination of the contract will incur a fee of minimum monthly spend multiplied by remaining months of the contract. Early termination of a Cap plan will incur a cancellation fee of $400 if cancelled within the first 12 months of contract, or $200 in second 12 months of contract. Your first bill may include more or less than one month’s access fee and usages charges, as your monthly access fee and call credit are pro-rated, depending on when your SIM card is activated in our billing cycle. *Calls between customers on a TransMOBILE, TransTALK and/or TransBIZ plan are free for the first 5 minutes, after five minutes normal call rates apply with calls billed at one-second intervals. No flagfall connection fee. TransACT acceptable use policy applies. Use of more than 150 free minutes per plan, per month will be deemed excessive. †Minimum monthly fee applies even if full credit is not used. ‡Eligible calls that contribute to monthly included credit are voice calls, video calls and text messages to Australian fixed-line and mobile numbers, voicemail calls, MMS and GPRS services. All unused credit is forfeited and cannot be rolled over. Once monthly credit is used normal call rates apply. Offer ends 31 July 2008, unless withdrawn earlier.
