Standard Form of Agreement, 12-month minimum contract and connection charges apply. Early cancellation fee of $200 applies. All prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. For technical reasons not all homes can be connected. Not all packages are available in all areas. Minimum cost over 12-months for the Home Pack 1000, Home Pack Zoom, Home Pack Rapid, TalkWEB Zoom, TalkWEB Rapid, TalkTV and TalkWEB Supersonic are $795.00, $915.00, $1035.00, $675.00, $879.00, $675.00 and $879.00 including UNFT and $635.40 for the TalkWEB 1000, not subject to UNFT. *Call, ISP and on-demand charges are additional where appropriate. †Charge of $3.30 is applied per month, per account for recovery of the Utilities Network Facilities Tax. ‡For customers with multiple packages on one account the $3.30 UNFT is only applied to one package, the total price of any additional packages will be adjusted accordingly. §Cable broadband speeds are maximum speeds achievable and may be affected by a number of factors outside TransACT’s control including line quality and length from the exchange, hardware and software, the source of the download, internet traffic, other services running on the network and your ISP. As at January 2008, TransACT testing indicates that 99% customers receive the maximum speed. ^ADSL2+ broadband speeds are maximum speeds achievable, actual speeds received at your premises at any given time may be less. Factors that affect speed may include line quality and length from the exchange, hardware and software, the source of the download, internet traffic, other services running on the network and your ISP. As at January 2008, TransACT testing indicates that 99% of customers on the TalkWEB Zoom receive 2Mbps, 6% of customers on the TalkWEB Supersonic receive the maximum speed and 47% of customers receive 8Mbps or more. #The TransACT Skydata network uses shared wireless technology consisting of several access points (cells) on multiple towers and is a fixed wireless system with low latency. It is the nature of wireless that speeds may vary depending on atmospheric and environmental conditions. TransACT configures customers to achieve speeds up to 5Mbps with typical speeds ranging from 1Mbps to 5Mbps. The exact speed achieved at any given time will depend on a number of factors including the number of users on the cell, the conditions imposed by the selected ISP, hardware and software, internet traffic and the source of the download.
