Terms and conditions

All prices are GST inclusive. One off connection fee of $15.95 per SIM applies. Cap 19, 29, 39, 49, 69 and SuperCap 89 are also available to residential customers. Only business customers with a valid ABN/ACN are eligible for other SuperCap plans. No contract applies to business customers. Minimum monthly fee applies even if full credit value is not used. Eligible calls that contribute to monthly credit include voice calls, video calls and text messages to Australian numbers, voicemail calls, MMS and GPRS services that originate in Australia but excluding Third Party Services. All unused credit is forfeited and cannot be rolled over. Once monthly credit is reached normal call rates apply. Minimum monthly fee and the call credit are calculated on pro-rata for the first billing cycle. *Handset credit is available on either a 12 or 24 month contract and can only be used at the time of the initial application. Free handsets that can be obtained under the handset credit are limited to selected handsets and total number of SIMs taken under the SuperCap plan. Downgrade option not available below initial SuperCap plan when free handset credit is taken. Early cancellation fees apply.
