How do I get TransACT?
Before applying for TransACT please check which services are available at your address (residential customers only).
You can apply for TransACT services in a number of different ways:
- you can apply online
- you can call us on 13 30 61 and apply on the phone or have a sales representative visit you at home
- you can apply in person at the ActewAGL Home Connect store, 182 City Walk, Civic.
While your application is being processed we will arrange a suitable time for an installation officer to come and install your services.
Installation
A TransACT-approved installation officer will visit your home or business to get you connected. For residential customers, this usually takes around three to four hours. A person 18 years or above will need to be present for the entire duration of the installation. For businesses, depending on your requirements, the installation time will be quoted by your TransACT account manager.
