Fetchtv service requires a TransACT broadband connection on the HFC network. Free installation applies to customers who sign up to a new broadband connection and fetchtv service at the same time. Existing broadband customers who sign up to the fetchtv service can opt for a free self install using PLC adapters provided or a professional installation for $99. For technical reasons, homes that cannot be connected using PLC adapters require a professional installation. Early cancellation fees apply in relation to: (a) the fetchtv service – cost depends on the remaining months of your contract. Maximum early termination fee for a fetchtv service is $430 and (b) the broadband service - $200 fee applies. . *Min cost over 24 months for fetchtv and a 10GB broadband service is $1,440.
