Existing customer? Purchase a data block online

Data Blocks are only available to customers on HomeWEB, BizWEB, Premium+, Cable and ADSL broadband plans. Any unused data is forfeited at the end of the billing cycle and cannot be rolled into the following month. Once Data Block download allowance is reached, connection speed will be limited to 64/64kbps until the first day of the next billing cycle, unless additional data blocks are purchased or the broadband plan is upgraded. Any excess data used prior to the purchase of a Data Block will be deducted from the total Data Block allowance. An on-peak Data Block can only be used between 7am and 1am and an off-peak Data Block can only be used between 1am and 7am. If a customer's standard broadband plan does not have a peak/off-peak period then a Data Block can be used during all time periods until the end of the billing cycle

Important things you should know Standard Form of Agreement. All prices are GST inclusive. Plans only available on TransACT’s HFC Network. All customers must pay by direct debit or credit card. A $20 fee applies to all plan changes except upgrades. Broadband speeds may be affected by a number of factors outside TransACT's control including the customer's hardware and software, the number of devices in the customer's premises using the internet simultaneously, the type and source of the internet content being accessed, limited bandwidth at the content source or between the content source and the customer, internet traffic and other services running on the network. Bandwidth available for P2P and other high-bandwidth latency-insensitive applications may be restricted if necessary to maintain quality of service for latency-sensitive applications such as gaming and VoIP. For technical reasons not all homes can be connected.
