Early cancellation fee of $200 applies to phone and broadband services. Early cancellation fees apply for fetchtv and depend on the remaining months in your contract. The maximum early termination fee for a pay TV service is $430. Peak times 7am to 1am and off-peak times 1am to 7am. Monthly data allowance includes uploads and downloads. Any unused data expires at the end of the billing cycle. Once the monthly data allowance is reached in the peak or off-peak period, connection speeds will be limited to 64kbps/64kbps in the relevant period until the first day of the next billing cycle, unless the broadband plan is upgraded or a Data Block is purchased. TransACT's HFC network delivers download speeds up to 100Mbps in real-world testing. A single computer may not be able to download this fast, and your speeds may vary due to a number of factors. Important things you should know
Standard Form of Agreement applies. All prices are GST inclusive. Plans only available on TransACT’s HFC Network. All customers must pay by direct debit or credit card. The removal of a service within the contract period will result in a fee of $50. A $20 fee applies to all plan changes except upgrades. Broadband speeds may be affected by a number of factors outside TransACT's control including the customer's hardware and software, the number of devices in the customer's premises using the internet simultaneously, the type and source of the internet content being accessed, limited bandwidth at the content source or between the content source and the customer, internet traffic and other services running on the network. Bandwidth available for P2P and other high-bandwidth latency-insensitive applications may be restricted if necessary to maintain quality of service for latency-sensitive applications such as gaming and VoIP. For technical reasons not all homes can be connected. Calls are billed in 30-second increments. Call Packs are available to residential customers only. Call Packs are subject to a Fair Use Policy and failure to comply may result in early termination of the service at TransACT Victoria discretion.
