Install is free with a 24-month contract. Install fee for PSTN 1: $198, ISDN 2: $250 for 2 to 4 lines and an additional $150 applies for each additional line connected at the same time (up to 8 lines), ISDN 10: $1,500, ISDN 20: $2,000 and ISDN 30: $2,250. Min cost over 12 months for PSTN 1: $556.80, ISDN 2: $946, ISDN 10: $4,320, ISDN 20: $ 7,472 and ISDN 30: $10,110. Min cost over 24 months for PSTN 1: $717.60, ISDN 2: $1,392, ISDN 10: $5,640, ISDN 20: $10,944 and ISDN 30: $15,720. Early cancellation fee of PSTN service is months remaining on contract / contract period x 300 applies. Early cancellation fee for ISDN 2: $200, ISDN 10: $1,500, ISDN 20: $2,300 and ISDN 30: $2,600 applies.

Standard Form of Agreement applies. Customers must pay by direct debit or credit card. All prices are GST inclusive. Plans only available on business customers on TransACT's own network. For technical reasons not all businesses can be connected. A standard connection consists of a lead-in cable to the building's first point of termination (network boundary). All equipment deployed to deliver the service remains the property of TransACT. Damaged or unreturned equipment charges may apply. Calls are billed at 1-second increments, 1-second minimum, except for local calls. National calls and calls to mobiles exclude calls to special services, operator-assisted services, telecard calls, data calls and calls made to Christmas Islands, Cocos Islands and Norfolk Islands. *Free local calls are those made to customers on the HomeTALK, Chatphone+ and/or BizTALK plans.
