Install is free with a 24-month contract. Install fee for PSTN 1: $150 and ISDN 2: $250 for 2 to 4 lines and an additional $75 applies for each additional line connected at the same time (up to 8 lines). Further lines can be connected for an additional $55 per additional line connected at the same time (up to a maximum of $750 for 9 or more lines). Install fee for ISDN 10: $1,500, ISDN 20: $2,000 or ISDN 30: $2,250 applies. Min cost over 12 months for PSTN 1: $569.40, ISDN 2: $946, ISDN 10: $ 4,320, ISDN 20: $7,496 and ISDN 30: $10,110. Min cost over 24 months for PSTN 1: $838.80, ISDN 2: $1,392, ISDN 10: $ 5,640, ISDN 20: $10,992 and ISDN 30: $15,720. Early cancellation fee of $200 applies to PSTN 1 and ISDN 2 services. Early cancellation fee for ISDN 10: $1,500, ISDN 20: $2,000 and ISDN 30: $2,250 applies regardless of whether installation fee was charged.

Install is between $59 and $299 for Flex PSTN 1, based upon the existing infrastructure at the premise. Min cost over 24 months including standard install for PTSN 1 Flex is $1,017.80. Install for a new ISDN 2 Flex service is $324.50 or $100 for each in-place ISDN2 connection. Min cost over 24 months for with an in place ISDN2 connection is $1864.00. Each new connection and activation of ISDN 10 Flex: $2,035.00, ISDN 20 Flex: $2,750.00 and ISDN 30 Flex $3,080.00. For each in-place connection of an ISDN 10/20/30 a $550 applies. Min cost over 24 months including install ISDN 10 Flex $9,070.00, ISDN 20 Flex $197,590, ISDN 30 Flex: $25,390. Early cancellation fee of $200 applies to PSTN 1 and ISDN 2 services. Early cancellation fee for ISDN 10: $1,500, ISDN 20: $2,000 and ISDN 30: $2,250 applies regardless of whether installation fee was charged.

Standard Form of Agreement applies. All prices are GST inclusive. A standard connection consists of a lead-in cable to the building’s first point of termination (network boundary). TransBIZ is only available to business customers. For technical reasons not all businesses can be connected. National calls and calls to mobiles exclude calls to special services, operator-assisted services, telecard calls, data calls and calls made to Christmas Islands, Cocos Islands and Norfolk Islands. Timed calls are billed at 1-second increments with a 1-second minimum and 10 cent connection fee. Free local calls are those made to customers on the TransTALK and/or TransBIZ plans.
