We have network operations in regional areas in NSW, ACT and Victoria. These include Canberra, Queanbeyan, Ballarat, Geelong and Mildura. We also provide services to customers throughout Southern NSW.
In the ACT, we led the way for Fibre-to-the-Premise (FTTP) services in Australia as the first provider to roll out FTTP to residents. Complementing this, we own and operate the largest Fibre-to-the-Curb network in Australia.
We deliver the fastest broadband network to regional Victoria through the DOCSIS 3 fibre network, which delivers speeds up to 100Mbps, unmatched by other providers.

With more than 300 employees based in the ACT and Victoria, we pair local customer service with leading-edge telecommunications solutions.
Residential
We deliver innovative telecommunications services to customers, bundled simply and serviced locally.
Residential services include fixed line telephony services, mobile services, high-speed broadband, digital TV, Video on Demand and ISP services.
Business, Corporate and Government
A range of tailored solutions are available to businesses and government agencies including business broadband, mobile phone and multi-SIM packages, PSTN and ISDN fixed line phone services, Alcatel-Lucent PBX, LAN/WAN data networking and Wi-Fi solutions, data centre services, Virtual Private Network solutions, and Ethernet services.
Reseller Services
In the ACT, we are an ISP network access provider and deliver a number of reseller services including data centre facilities, fibre Ethernet services, selected dark fibre services, protected wholesale IP bandwidth, protected inter-capital backhaul with Service Level Agreements.
