Quarterly awards scheme

We recognise and reward hard work performed by our employees. Each quarter, team members can nominate colleagues for the TransACT CEO Awards. Winners of these awards are presented with a generous gift card and framed award presented by the CEO.

The winners of the quarterly awards are then eligible for the annual CEO employee award, announced at our annual staff function. The person honoured with the annual CEO employee award receives an overseas holiday voucher and spending money for their outstanding efforts during the year.

Long Service Leave
