TransACT board

The board includes representatives from major TransACT shareholders and an independent director.

TransACT executive management team

TransACT's executive management team is led by Chief Executive Officer John Mackay. Operational affairs are managed by TransACT's General Manager Dianne O'Hara, with other members of the executive team responsible for their respective areas of the business.
