Ivan Slavich
Chief Executive Officer and Head of Retail

Mr Slavich is the Chief Executive Officer of TransACT, holds a seat on the Board and is responsible for the corporate management of the company. He is also the head of TransACT’s retail operations including retail sales, marketing, customer services, billing and credit management, wholesale, product development and pricing.

Antony Allen
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mr Allen is responsible for TransACT's finance and resources, including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury and regulatory affairs.

He also holds the position of Company Secretary, responsible for shareholder and director liaison and negotiations with business partners. He is the non-ActewAGL member of the executive team.

Carsten Larsen
General Manager Technology, Strategy and Operations

Mr Larsen is responsible for strategic development of the TransACT business and the technology, systems operations, national telephony and wholesale groups as well as the TransACT network including delivery, maintenance and augmentation.

He is also responsible for Business Systems at TransACT, including IT operations, applications and support and business information.

Tania Hutchison
Director Human Resources

Ms Hutchison is responsible for human resources management, corporate training and development, employee health and safety, and employment policy and procedures.

Norris Robertson
Director Audit Services

Mr Robertson is responsible for the internal audit function. Internal audit provides the board with assurance regarding the adequacy of internal controls and management with analysis and advice regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and controls.

Ian Macara
Legal Counsel

Mr Macara is responsible for legal advice, insurance and risk management, corporate procedures, environmental reporting and investigations.

This position is responsible for residential and business sales, business development, marketing and events and corporate affairs.

This position is responsible for customer services, including contact centres, billing, complaints management and connections, as well as wholesale relations, product development and pricing.

Andre Koot
Group Financial Controller Retail

Mr Koot is responsible for credit management, financial reporting and commercial analysis for TransACT’s retail operations.
