Ivan Slavich
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Slavich is the Chief Executive Officer of TransACT, holds a seat on the Board and is responsible for the corporate management of the company. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Business from University of Technology, Sydney, a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance Investment. He also holds a Company Directors Certificate. Ivan is a member of the Securities Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Antony Allen
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mr Allen is responsible for TransACT's finance and resources, including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury and regulatory affairs.

He also holds the position of Company Secretary, responsible for shareholder and director liaison and negotiations with business partners. He is the non-ActewAGL member of the executive team.

Tania Hutchison
Director Human Resources

Ms Hutchison is responsible for human resources management, corporate training and development, employee health and safety, and employment policy and procedures.

Norris Robertson
Director Audit Services

Mr Robertson is responsible for the internal audit function. Internal audit provides the board with assurance regarding the adequacy of internal controls and management with analysis and advice regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and controls.

Ian Macara
Legal Counsel

Mr Macara is responsible for legal advice, insurance and risk management, corporate procedures, environmental reporting and investigations.

Paul Walshe
Director Sales, Marketing & Corporate Affairs

Paul Walshe is responsible for the areas of residential sales, marketing, corporate communications and product development.

Ayesha Razzaq
General Manager Retail

Ayesha Razzaq is the head of TransACT’s retail operations including retail sales, marketing, customer services, billing and credit management, wholesale, product development and pricing. Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours.

Andre Koot
General Manager Vicotria

Mr Koot is responsible for the management of Neighbourhood Cable in Victoria.
